It’s true! Some employees will constantly watch their successful
co-workers so that they can see what it takes to get ahead and
become more valuable to the organization as well. It is also true
that some employees will watch the short-cuts and rule violations
that their co-workers get a way with so that they can do it too.
That is why employees lead other employees whether they mean
