Changing
Your Attitude: Taking Personal
Responsibility for Behavior at Work
Today’s workplace is more diverse than ever and organizations
are looking for creative ways to get Baby-Boomers, Gen-
Xer’s and Gen Y employees to work together as an effective,
cooperative and respectful workforce. Additionally, employers
want to empower their employees to take initiative and agree
to be held accountable for their actions as a condition of
employment. This will be an enthusiastic, fun and persuasively
presented program that will demonstrate some unique and
effective ways for team members to motivate themselves
to comply with policies, procedures, rules and acceptable
practices on a daily basis. They will also learn the true
meaning of the organization’s stated mission, vision, values
and goals.
